CANCELLATION POLICY

  • A card on file is required to book an appointment.

  • Rescheduling requires 24 hours notice and can be done through the booking confirmation text link. Anything less than 24 hours notice must be done through the provider.

  • Any no-call/no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service. No-call/no-shows may result in the loss of booking privileges. In the future, a deposit will be required to rebook.

  • Payment at the time of service is preferred to be cash, Zelle and Apple Pay via text are accepted. Please come prepared. Any card payments will have a $5 service charge. Venmo and Cash App are no longer accepted.

  • Same-day appointments are welcomed, but anything 3 hours or less than the appointment time must be approved by the provider. In that circumstance, please be respectful of the provider's time and reach out via text or DM to confirm the booking. The provider's number is 517.755.8089

  • If there is a time or day that is not available, especially outside of business hours, please reach out via text or DM and the provider may be able to accommodate special requests.
